How a focus on the customer experience helped boost Bella Notte's homepage conversions by 977%


The Challenge
Bella Notte sells luxury bedding for real life. They wanted a fresh design that reflects the bohemian, elegant lifestyle of their products. With a low conversion rate and a high cart abandonment rate among first-time shoppers, there was a significant opportunity to grab the attention of these initial visitors.
The Approach
We updated their UX to make it more intuitive, highlighting product collections on the homepage to make it easy for shoppers to find what they want. We fused their sultry visuals with inviting copy to give visitors a sense of comfort the moment they land on the site, giving visitors a stronger sense of who Bella Notte is, and what they stand for.
